After receiving the return details email, please print out the attached form and include it with the return
Once the return has been shipped, please keep records of your tracking information. When we receive returns, they will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Products that are empty will not be issued a refund. A 10% restocking fee will be taken off of the return amount. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping. If buyer is exchanging the returned product for a new item, the buyer will not have to pay shipping on the new order.
Store credit - Items must be returned no later than 120 days of receiving your order to receive the refund back to the payment form less the 10% restocking fee. For returns longer than 120 days of receiving your order, you will receive a store credit.
Price Adjustments - We will not alter pricing refunds if it has been over 48 hours since the original purchase. No price adjustments on holiday promotions.
Lost or Stolen Packages - Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS which then transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
